About the Company:
Our client helps timeshare owners legally exit unwanted timeshare obligations especially in situations involving misrepresentation, deceptive sales tactics, or owners who simply no longer want/use the timeshare. Their team manages a structured cancellation process designed to transfer ownership out of the client’s name, freeing them from ongoing maintenance fees and future dealings with the resort. The Role (Setter):
This is an in-office Setter position focused on starting conversations with warm/hot leads, qualifying timeshare owners, and setting high-quality appointments for the closing team. You’ll be working in a structured environment with strong training, experienced management, and a “family atmosphere” culture.
You will be expected to…
- Make at least 200-250 dials a day from a list of warm leads
- Generate 3-5 qualified calls per day and have at least 1-3 of those calls closed per day
- Attend a daily team meeting at 9am
Value of the Offer:
- Average deal size: from $10,000 - $60,000
Compensation:
- On-Track Earnings (OTE): $60,000–$120,000/year (top performer earns $15k/mo)
- Commission only - You receive 10% commission on the size of the deal that is closed. You will receive your commission based on cash collected
We’re looking for candidates who:
- Have prior phone sales / setting / inside sales experience (or are a fast learner with strong call discipline)
- Have a track record of over-achieving quotas
- Have strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
- Ability to read , write, speak English professionally.
- Can confidently speak with timeshare owners, ask direct questions, and handle emotional conversations with empathy
- Are consistent with follow-up and pipeline hygiene (notes, reminders, reactivation)
- Show up professionally in an office environment: punctual, coachable, high energy, team-first
- Can work Mon–Fri 9–4 in-office and has reliable transportation (car) (non-negotiable)
- Are comfortable in a commission-only environment
