The Role:
Our client is looking to bring on a local, Jacksonville-based Hybrid Sales Consultant (Setter/Closer) to join their sales team and take over the front-end of their in-person sales process. This is a ground-floor opportunity to join a company that’s deeply trusted in its community and poised for growth. You'll play a vital role in helping prospective clients move from interest to commitment — both through nurturing inbound leads and converting them into paying clients through consultative, in-person sales conversations.
As the first dedicated closer, you’ll also be working closely with their Founder and the team to shape and refine the sales process.
Value of the Offer:
Cash-pay therapy packages typically range between $3,000 – $4,500, depending on the treatment plan and goals.
Compensation:
- On-Track Earnings: $84K - $108K/yr
- Base is $24K/year, role is 1099 contractor
- In-person sales role with strong community brand trust and steady inbound lead flow
