What You’ll Do

• Talk to motivated applicants who want to change their lives
• Learn their goals, challenges, and reasons for taking action
• Present a clear path forward and help them make the decision
• Follow up with consistency and care using proven systems
• Crush daily goals: 2 enrollments per day, 100 dials or 4 talk hours
• Train with sales leaders and teammates who push you to grow

• You’re confident, positive, and love talking to people
• You’re coachable and want to be part of a winning team
• You’re competitive — but collaborative
• You’ve got at least 1 year of phone-based sales or advisory experience
• You’re ready to work on-site in Tempe, AZ from 8:45 AM-5:00 PM, Monday-Friday
