About the Company:Our client is a high-end family portrait studio specializing in creating timeless and elegant portraits. They provide a luxury experience for families, capturing special moments with artistry and care. Their team is dedicated to ensuring that every client receives exceptional service from booking to final delivery.The Role:They are looking for a Sales Setter to book sessions for their premium portrait studio. This role involves engaging with potential clients, nurturing leads, and securing bookings with a $200 reservation deposit per session. The ideal candidate will be responsible for 30 bookings per week while maintaining high-quality conversations with prospective clients.Compensation:Monthly OTE: $5k (Includes a $3.2k Monthly Base salary) High-volume lead flow, ensuring plenty of booking opportunitiesFull time W2 role We’re Looking for Candidates Who:Speak eloquently and professionally in EnglishHave strong communication skills and a warm, engaging personalityAre comfortable handling objections and guiding clients toward bookingCall center experience is a big plus, comfortable being on the phonesHave experience in customer service, sales, or client-facing roles (preferred but not required)Ideally can work PST hours Monday - FridayNext Steps:Candidates will meet with our Recruiting Account Manager for a screening conversation before being introduced to our client directly!
