Primary Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Processors with residential real estate settlement transactions from file opening through closing preparation
- Perform initial file setup and ensure all required information is obtained and entered accurately
- Order and obtain payoffs, HOA/condominium documentation, tax information, and other required settlement documents
- Communicate with real estate agents, lenders, attorneys, buyers, sellers, and vendors to gather information and provide status updates
- Coordinate and schedule closings
- Review files for completeness and identify missing items
- Maintain accurate, organized, and compliant transaction files throughout the settlement process
- Support the processing team to ensure deadlines are met and exceptional customer service is provided
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of title, settlement, escrow, mortgage, or real estate transaction experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service mindset and professional demeanor
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Word
- Experience with title production software is a plus
