Aviation Components Sales Representative
Full-Time | On-Site | Base Salary Commission Benefits
We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in the aviation aftermarket part sales industry in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, pricing, and selling aircraft components to commercial airlines and other customers within the aviation aftermarket. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator, a proactive problem-solver, and someone who thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-driven sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, price, and sell aircraft components to commercial aviation customers.
- Develop new business opportunities while maintaining and strengthening existing customer relationships.
- Build relationships with airlines, maintenance organizations (MROs), and other aviation industry professionals.
- Prepare competitive quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales.
- Consistently work toward achieving sales targets and performance goals.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service and timely responses to inquiries.
- Manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications & Skills
- Must have sales experience, aviation industry experience is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, confident, and comfortable approaching prospective customers.
- Uphold honesty and integrity in all aspects of the business.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while contributing to a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $50,000–$60,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
- Commission: Additional performance-based commission opportunities.
