We currently have the following openings in our Mountaintop, PA Manufacturing Facility
We are seeking outstanding, highly motivated and energetic candidates to join our growing team on all shifts.
We are looking to fill positions in :
- Shaft Assembly (Fabricator)- Light welding skills - 1st Shift
- Assemble and mark pipe according to shop sheets / Drill pipe, grease spring and place in pipe / Weld gear ends and fasten.
- Grille Guides (Fabricator ) - 1st Shift
- Run Overhead Crane, Band Saw, Stone Saw and Drill Press / Pack aluminum guides / Machine Operator skills.
- Guide Prep (Fabricator) -Light welding skills - 2nd Shift
- Mig welding / Tapping holes in drilled out tubes and interlock plates / Grind down welds to a smooth and durable finish / Form bell mouths, weld on wind locks / drill tube holes as required.
- Vertistack (Fabricator) -Light welding skills - 2nd Shift
- Bead weld different thicknesses of material / Weld and assemble / Operator Drill Press, Grinds, Saws
- Folder Operatator (Machine Operator) - 2nd Shift
- Work with computer programs to properly bend sheet metal /Ensure proper dimensions are formed in the sheet metal /Form square hoods to the exact description on the shop sheets /drawings
- C20 Curtain Wrapper (Packager) - 2nd Shift
- Move 7 ft. pieces of tri-wall cardboard from the stack to the automated forming machine. (approximate weight of each sheet is 9 pounds) /Feed (push) the cardboard through the forming machine and place formed cardboard in the wrapping cradles. Cut cardboard as needed with a Band Saw
- Guide Assembly (Assembler) - 3rd Shift
- Ensure correct bolt types are used on each job / Use of guide gap tool to adjust guide as needed /Must ensure any brush / weather strip is supplied as required /Ensure angles are proper material and / or color
- Thermiser Curtain Wrapper (Packager) - 3rd Shift
- Move 7 ft. pieces of tri-wall cardboard from the stack to the automated forming machine. (approximate weight of each sheet is 9 pounds) / Feed (push) the cardboard through the forming machine and place formed cardboard in the wrapping cradles. Cut cardboard as needed with a Band Saw
- Shipping Associate (Material Handler) - 4F Shift
- Safe operation of Overhead Crane to group individual parts with the same job number / Use Overhead Crane to stage product and load trucks / Utilize RF scan gun and computer to track and complete movement of material being shipped
Our new team members are starting at $20.00 to $23.00 with an additional shift differential of $1.50 /hour for working 2nd or 3rd shift and $2.00/hour for 4th shift
1st Shift 7:00 am to 3:00 pm
2nd Shift 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm
3rd Shift 11:00 pm to 7:00 am
4F Shift (Fri-Sat-Sunday) 7:00 am to 7:00 pm 4M Shift (Sat-Sun-Monday) 7:00 am to 7:00
Qualifications include:
- Qualified candidates must possess a High School diploma, must be able lift up to 50 pounds, and have the ability to work at a quick pace.
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing facility.
- Understand, interpret and utilize blueprints / drawings
- Ability to use hand tools and read a tape measure with accuracy
- Computer knowledge
- Meet Safety, Production and Quality standards
