Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement:
- Greet customers warmly and identify their vehicle needs.
- Build rapport with customers to establish trust and enhance the buying experience.
- Product Knowledge:
- Stay updated on Toyota vehicle features, specifications, and promotions.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and explain the benefits of Toyota models.
- Sales Process:
- Guide customers through the sales process from initial inquiry to final purchase.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, including financing options and warranties.
- Follow-Up:
- Maintain contact with potential and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.
