  1. Customer Relations
  • Greet customers promptly and courteously  with Just Better Process when they arrive at the dealership's service department.
  • Listen to customer concerns and gather information about their vehicle's issues or needs.
  • Maintain consistent and clear communication with customers throughout the entire service process, updating them on the progress of their vehicle and discussing any necessary repairs or maintenance through our multi media and texting platforms.
  1. Service Scheduling
  • Schedule appointments for vehicle service and repairs, considering factors such as technician availability, customer preferences, and workload management.
  • Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely and efficient completion of work, minimizing customer wait times and maximizing customer satisfaction.
  1. Repair Orders and Documentation
  • Prepare and review repair orders, including accurate descriptions of customer concerns, diagnostic findings, and recommended services.
  • Ensure all necessary documentation is completed, such as warranty forms and customer signatures, and maintain accurate records in the dealership's management system.
  1. Repair and Maintenance Recommendations
  • Collaborate with technicians to understand the vehicle's issues and maintenance requirements, then communicate this information to the customer.
  • Present customers with a clear and concise explanation of recommended services, build maintenance plans while including pricing estimates and expected completion times.
  • Work to upsell additional services or products that can benefit the customer and their vehicle, while maintaining a balance between sales goals and customer satisfaction.
  1. Conflict Resolution and Customer Service
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner, seeking to find satisfactory solutions that uphold the dealership's reputation.
  • Foster a positive relationship with customers through excellent communication and customer service skills, ensuring they feel valued and confident in the dealership's services.
  1. Liaising with Technicians and Parts Department
  • Communicate effectively with the service team, including technicians and parts department staff, to facilitate smooth and efficient workflow within the service department.
  • Coordinate with the parts department to ensure the availability of required parts and materials for vehicle repairs and maintenance.
  1. Continuous Learning and Professional Development
  • Stay informed about the latest industry trends, vehicle technologies, and service techniques through ongoing training, research, and professional development.
  • Keep up-to-date with dealership policies, manufacturer guidelines, and warranty information to ensure accurate and consistent service recommendations.
