Job Title: Automotive Concierge

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Automotive Concierge to provide an exceptional, personalized experience for our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with vehicle selection, delivery coordination, service appointments, and general automotive inquiries. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for luxury service and automobiles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert guidance and seamless support throughout their automotive journey.
• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles, ensuring a smooth and stress-free buying experience.
• Coordinate vehicle deliveries, ensuring all aspects of the handover process are handled professionally and efficiently.
• Schedule and manage service appointments, valet pick-ups/drop-offs, and loaner vehicle arrangements.
• Provide clients with detailed information on vehicle features, technology, and maintenance requirements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients, ensuring their needs are anticipated and met proactively.
• Handle special requests such as vehicle customization, private test drives, and travel arrangements related to vehicle usage.
• Collaborate with sales, service, and finance teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Stay informed about new automotive trends, models, and luxury services to provide top-tier recommendations.

Work Environment:

• This role may require travel, flexible hours, and weekend availability.
• Work is performed in a dealership, showroom, or luxury automotive setting, with some remote or on-location services as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Prior experience in automotive sales, concierge services, luxury retail, or hospitality is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a passion for delivering premium experiences.
• Knowledge of high-end and luxury automotive brands is a plus.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with various departments.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
