Office Manager

Clockwork Heating & Air is growing, and we're looking for an experienced, organized, and people-focused Office Manager to lead our administrative operations. What You'll Do
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure smooth, efficient workflows
- Lead, support, and develop office and administrative staff
- Manage scheduling, dispatch coordination, and customer communication
- Maintain accurate records related to billing, payroll support, and reporting
- Serve as a key point of contact between ownership, technicians, and customers
- Ensure company policies, procedures, and systems are followed consistently
- Support hiring, onboarding, and training of office team members
- Improve office processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer experience
- Promote a positive, professional, team-oriented office culture

- Proven experience in an office management, operations, or administrative leadership role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Experience managing schedules, workflows, and team priorities
