We are seeking a dedicated and organized Mobility Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support within our organization. This position requires strong communication skills, proficiency in various office software, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. As a Mobility Specialist, you will assist clients with mobility solutions while ensuring smooth office operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns regarding mobility products and services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their mobility needs.
- Promote and sell our range of modified vehicles and mobility solutions.
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking leads, managing accounts, and reporting sales activities.
- Upsell additional products and services that enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the service department to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
- Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Support office management functions such as filing, proofreading documents, and maintaining organized records.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and workflow within the office.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while handling incoming calls and providing customer support.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote productivity.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales
- Strong account management skills with a focus on customer relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability in territory management and business development.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
