Title: Purchasing Manager
Reports to: Integrator
Job Role:
- LMA - Leading Managing and holding people Accountable through the EOS process.
- Communicates needs and requests in Level 10’s, the CRM, and throughout the day
- Sourcing of New Products from existing Vendor relationships (Suppliers)
- Direct and Implement Contracts and Pricing as directed
- Develop all workflows and processes in the department to facilitate communication utilizing the CRM.
- Participates in all leadership meetings for each unit under the Shared Services umbrella at Clock Medical.
- Human Resource Manager for purchasing department
Job Purpose: To plan, organize and perform all the duties surrounding the operations of the business and purchasing, to assist, problem solve, direct, implement, and supervise. Purchasing and Put Away functions to meet company requirements. Update and maintain all pricing and contracts for all suppliers, research and develop communications inside the department and with the company regarding all new products, and document all interactions with customers, suppliers, and associates within our company CRM. To maintain policy and procedures in accordance with the Joint Commission and business plans.

- Continuing existing Vendor relationships
- New Item builds supervision
- Manage Purchasing Personnel
- Maintain Policy’s & Functions
- Direct, implement, report and supervise any activities given by Integrator.
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and Updating Purchase Orders
- Track Back-Orders, Delivery Delays and ETAs.
- Main Point of Contact for the Finance Department for Invoice
- Add New Items within the Item Maintenance Module of P21
- Assist Buyers in Submitting Purchase Orders as needed.
- Pricing & Cost Updates (1, 2, 3, 8, 9)
- Substitutes and Replacement Items
- Discontinue Items within the Item Maintenance Module of P21
- Monitoring Purchasing Inbox
- Price 1 – 9 updates
- Price Page pricing updates
- Price Page expiration updates
- Understanding how pricing works from price levels to price libraries and pages; as well as, how contract pricing plays into the process
- Discrepancies & Missing Credits
- Understanding how and where Clocknet makes use of pricing (writeoffs, billing and invoices, GPSC proposals, etc.)
Job Requirements:
