What are the responsibilities and job description for the Game Master position at Cloak & Dagger Escape Rooms?
Overview
Are you ready to embark on an exhilarating journey? As a Game Master you will be the heartbeat of our gaming experiences, ensuring every participant is engaged and entertained. You’ll facilitate thrilling gameplay, and create unforgettable memories for players of all ages. You will lead our guest through out their escape room experience by giving them clues and hints, via storyline elements while operating the games.
What you’ll do
- Manage games from start to finish, ensuring smooth operations and a fantastic experience for all guests
- Address and resolve conflicts while maintaining a positive atmosphere throughout the experience
- Greeting guest and potential customers and answering questions about our escape rooms
- Handle cash transactions, basic point of sales
- Engage with children in a fun and patient manner
- Maintain a clean and safe environment
- Making online reservations and handling phone calls
Basic qualifications
- Basic knowledge in money handling
- Comfortable with using technology and computers on a daily basis
- Exceptional customer service experience with a focus on guest satisfaction
- 18 and older
- Available for part time positions
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in escape rooms. (operating or playing)
- Available weekends/nights
- Creative personality
