You'll have the opportunity to work closely with plant leadership and senior business leaders, giving you meaningful exposure and the ability to drive change.
What You'll Be Working On
- Improve product costing and manufacturing profitability analysis.
- Analyze standard costs, price, volume, and manufacturing variances.
- Build budgeting, forecasting, and financial models to support decision making.
- Partner with operations to understand what's driving plant performance.
- Develop reporting, dashboards, and KPIs that connect operational metrics with financial results.
- Support inventory costing, capital investments, and month-end financial analysis.
- Work through complex data from multiple systems to create meaningful analysis and recommendations.
We're Looking For Someone Who Has
- Manufacturing finance experience with a mix of FP&A and cost accounting.
- Strong knowledge of standard costing, product costing, inventory, and variance analysis.
- The ability to explain why financial results changed, not just report the numbers.
- Experience working closely with plant operations and manufacturing leadership.
- Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills. Experience working with multiple data sources is a plus.
- Automotive or another low-margin manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
