Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Handyman Laborer to assist with a variety of property improvement and maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and ready to contribute across multiple projects including residential and light commercial jobs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with painting, flooring, trim work, drywall, demolition, and light carpentry
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Load, unload, and move construction materials and tools
- Support site clean-up and waste removal
- Perform basic repairs and general property maintenance
- Communicate clearly with team leads and follow directions
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Requirements:
- 1 year experience in construction or handyman work preferred
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and techniques
- Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a team-first attitude
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to learn and grow with the team
Preferred:
- Experience in painting, flooring, or trim work
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification
- Bilingual a plus
