Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable part time Janitor to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all. This position requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to perform a variety of cleaning tasks efficiently. Weekly pay.
Duties
- Perform custodial duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floors.
- Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
- Conduct industrial and commercial cleaning tasks as required & must be logged in Swept. (Phone & Service Requirement)
- Buff and polish floors to maintain their appearance.
- Assist with residential painting projects when necessary.
- Carry out facilities maintenance tasks to ensure all areas are well-kept.
- Respond promptly to cleaning requests from staff or management.
- Ensure that all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized.
Requirements
- Previous experience in custodial or janitorial roles is preferred.
- Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing and maintenance.
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning standards and practices.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- A proactive approach to maintaining facilities and addressing potential issues before they arise.
- Must have RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION
- Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift between 25-50 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk and bend for an extended period of time.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks which may include lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Project work for overtime available.
Pay:
$14.00 per hour/ WEEKLY PAY!!
