What are the responsibilities and job description for the Property Manager position at CLK Multifamily Management LLC?
CLK Multifamily Management, a well-established and growing real estate company, is currently seeking a Property Manager to join our team in Pensacola, FL.
Previous multifamily/apartment community management experience is required for this position.
The Property Manager has a wide-ranging level of responsibilities and duties to ensure that goals to maximize occupancy and property values are met.
The Property Manager is accountable for all property operations including assisting in the formulation of budgets for each calendar year, implementing and monitoring plans related to the financial performance of the property as well as staying within the established budget guidelines.
The Property Manager will also assist in the collection of rent, enforce policies and procedures when it comes to collection of delinquent rent and follow through with the eviction process and collection procedure as necessary.
The Property Manager will be able to identify all opportunities to increase income and/or reduce operating costs with the approval of the Regional Vice President.
The Property Manager will be able to meet monthly and weekly reporting deadlines which provide valuable information on the overview of the asset. Effective communication is required to establish a working relationship with residents, prospects, vendors, and employees.
The Property Manager will be responsible for the recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and training of new employees and will have the ability to supervise existing employees in all employee relations and maintain a good team rapport and efficient working environment.
Administrative duties include walking units, reviewing, and approving lease files, etc. Duties included in the above description are not all inclusive and other responsibilities not listed are included with the Property Manager position.
Candidates will need to be able to work in a fast-paced office environment with multiple interruptions. Strong organizational skills and communication skills are necessary. Experience with RealPage, OneSite, and Yieldstar is preferred but not required.
