Job Overview
RJC Tax Group is hiring a Strategic Partner Recruiter to help identify, contact, qualify, and schedule meetings with high-value professional referral partners in the tax, financial, legal, real estate, and business advisory industries.
This position is not a traditional employee recruiting role. The primary responsibility is to recruit and develop relationships with potential Strategic Partners who may have clients that could benefit from advanced tax mitigation, capital gains planning, retirement planning, and related financial strategies through our relationship with Wilson Hand.
The ideal candidate is professional, confident on the phone, organized, and comfortable speaking with business owners, CPAs, financial advisors, wealth managers, real estate professionals, M&A advisors, attorneys, and other high-level professionals.
You will be trained on our process, scripts, qualification standards, CRM system, and partner program before beginning outreach. This role is best suited for someone who enjoys business development, relationship building, appointment setting, and professional outreach.
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsibilities include:
- Contact potential Strategic Partners by phone, email, text, and other approved outreach methods.
- Speak with CPAs, financial advisors, wealth managers, tax professionals, attorneys, real estate professionals, business brokers, M&A advisors, and other advisory professionals.
- Explain RJC Tax Group’s role in identifying qualified Strategic Partners for advanced tax and financial strategy opportunities.
- Identify whether potential partners serve clients who may fit one or more of the following categories:
- High-income individuals or business owners
- Clients with large capital gains events
- Clients nearing retirement or already retired with significant retirement assets
- Ask qualifying questions to determine the potential partner’s client base, referral ability, and interest level.
- Schedule qualified Strategic Partners for introductory calls with the appropriate Regional Director.
- Maintain accurate notes and records in HubSpot CRM.
- Use company-approved communication tools, including CallRail, RJC work email, and HubSpot.
- Follow all company outreach procedures, scripts, and compliance expectations.
- Follow up with interested prospects and keep communication organized.
- Work toward weekly appointment-setting and kept-meeting goals.
- Complete required training before contacting prospective Strategic Partners.
- Represent RJC Tax Group professionally in all communications.
Qualifications
Ideal candidates should have:
- Previous experience in sales, recruiting, appointment setting, business development, cold calling, or professional outreach.
- Strong phone communication skills.
- Ability to speak professionally with business owners and high-level professionals.
- Confidence in asking qualifying questions and guiding conversations.
- Strong organization and follow-up skills.
- Basic CRM or sales software experience preferred.
- Ability to follow scripts, training material, and company procedures.
- Reliable work ethic and ability to work independently.
- Professional written communication skills for email and text follow-up.
- Interest in tax, finance, business, real estate, or professional services is a plus.
- Must be willing to complete company training and pass a required knowledge/qualification test before beginning outreach.
No tax license, financial license, or legal background is required. Training will be provided.
Pay: $45,101.61 - $200,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Saint George, UT
