Guest Experience & Hospitality
- Demonstrate sincere hospitality toward both guests and team members, contributing to a positive and welcoming environment
- Remain attentive to the dining room, anticipating guest needs and responding quickly to support the overall experience
- Assist in maintaining a clean, polished, and inviting table presence at all times
- Set tables with precision and consistency, ensuring all details meet established standards
- Work alongside team members to clear, reset, and turn tables efficiently without sacrificing quality
- Support Servers by assisting with food running, table maintenance, and overall service flow
- Act as an extra set of hands wherever needed to ensure smooth and timely service
- Develop a strong understanding of menu items, beverages, and restaurant operations
- Actively learn and retain product knowledge to better support the team and prepare for growth opportunities within the organization
- Maintain and stock side stations with all necessary tools, equipment, and service items
- Ensure all areas are clean, organized, and fully prepared for service at all times
- Monitor inventory levels throughout the shift and proactively restock as needed
- Work closely with Servers, food runners, and management to maintain a cohesive and efficient dining room
- Communicate clearly and consistently with team members to support service needs
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall restaurant operations
Salary : $30 - $50
