Responsibilities
Outpatient Services Manager
Clive Behavioral Health opened in February 2021 with 100 inpatient beds for adult, child & adolescent patients experiencing a severe behavioral health crisis. Care at this location focuses on crisis management, stabilization and development of a plan to return to community living with, if needed, supportive outpatient services and community services and resources.
The Outpatient Services Manager is responsible for the clinical oversight for all outpatient therapy services. The Manager manages all activities involving outpatient referrals from initial call through completion of treatment plans, coordinating caseloads, developing and managing the outpatient staff, and marketing the program. This goal for this position is to maximize referral potentials from assigned accounts, and develop new business to achieve the goals and objectives of the business developmental systems.

Qualifications
Outpatient Services Manager Position Requirements:
Education: Master’s Degree from an accredited university in the field of social work, counseling, psychology, or another mental health related field.
Experience: Five (5) years’ experience in a psychiatric health-care facility.
Licensure: Current Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or RN Clinical Nurse Specialist in Psychiatric Mental Health (license issued by the State of Iowa).
Additional Requirements: A strong knowledge of regulatory and accreditation agencies’ regulations, and patient rights standards and all other applicable federal and state laws regulating mental health care facilities.
