Clive Behavioral Health System

Clive Behavioral Health is a 100-inpatient bed stand-alone mental health hospital. We also offer intensive outpatient programming (IOP) for adolescents aged 13 to 17 and a substance use disorder intensive outpatient program for adults called First Step Recovery. Qualifications
Executive Assistant
The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the CEO and for coordinating project deliverables. Typical duties involve scheduling, overseeing the planning and organizing of various projects and activities as directed by the CEO, performing medical staff credentialing task, and contract administration. Sensitivity to confidential matters and excellent interpersonal skills are required. This position is non exempt and reports to the CEO.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelors Degree is required;
Experience: At least five (5) years’ experience performing executive level administrative and office support related duties in a health care setting. Experince with medical staff credentialing highly preferred.
Additional Requirements: Must have excellent organizational skills, be detail oriented, excellent interpersonal skills, ability to maintain sensitivity to confidential matters, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Software Suite.
