EXPERIENCE PROCESSING FISH INTO FILLET FORM REQUIRED
Clipper Ship Inc. is seeking experienced Fish Cutters to join our team of dedicated seafood distribution professionals. We take pride in delivering some of the finest seafood in the Pacific Northwest to a loyal, landmark customer base—and we’re looking for skilled filleters who take the same pride in their craft.
Shift: 5:00AM – 2:00PM 5 days/week – Weekend shifts will be required.
Routine Functions and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the effectiveness and efficiency of processing fish.
- Prepare fish by processing, filleting, weighing, and boxing for customer delivery
- Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures, complying with health, sanitation, and legal regulations.
- Ensures the yields received on product are up to Clipper Ship Inc. standards
- Maintain good working relationship with all team members.
- Maintain processing room in a way that adheres to food safety regulations
Job Qualifications:
- This Position REQUIRES Fish Cutter Experience - Qualified candidates will be tested by our seafood pros!
- Experience in wholesale fish cutting is preferred.
- Knowledge of seafood and proper temperature storage and handling regulations.
- Heavy work: must be able to lift 25 to 50 pounds often

Pay: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour
