Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service to clients and internal team members.
- Perform general office duties including answering phones, organizing workspaces, and maintaining common areas.
- Assist with accounts payable and light bookkeeping tasks as needed.
- Support project management activities with documentation and coordination.
- Keep customer and vendor accounts current and accurate.
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve internal processes.
Qualifications
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Administrative experience in a professional setting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and internal business software systems.
- Comfortable with basic physical tasks including moving boxes (under 50 lbs).
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
- Familiarity with inventory management and shipping/logistics processes is a plus.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and individuals.
Education & Experience:
- At least 1 year of experience in bookkeeping or related administrative support.
- A minimum of 1 year of customer service or sales experience.
