We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Accounting Fuel Clerk Intern to assist with daily fuel processing, data entry, and recordkeeping. This position is responsible for supporting the accounting department with routine administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities

Enter and maintain fuel purchase and usage records accurately.

Review fuel BOL's and related documentation.

Verify pricing, quantities, dates, and account information on fuel transactions.

Maintain organized electronic and paper accounting records.

Prepare basic reports related to fuel expenses, purchases, and inventory.

Identify discrepancies and communicate issues to management or the accounting team.

Assist with data entry and other general accounting and administrative duties as needed.

Maintain confidentiality of financial and company information.

Follow company policies and accounting procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial records.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Internship: Approximately 15–22 hours per week, with scheduling flexibility based on business needs.
