We run a decentralized network of 100,000 independent creators who turn brand and cultural content into short-form clips across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, and Facebook. We call it omnipresence: showing up everywhere at once through real creators posting from real accounts, instead of paying to interrupt feeds with ads people skip.

The numbers so far: 6 billion organic views, 300,000 clips, 100 clients across music, fitness, hospitality, fintech, politics, film, and TV. Public partners include Coinbase, Gymshark, Atlantic Records, Joe Rogan, Janet Jackson, David Grutman, and Rich The Kid.

You'll join a fast-moving team at the center of content, marketing, and growth.


Role Description

The Chief Marketing Officer leads marketing, branding, and public relations as ClipHaus scales. This is an internal role with full ownership of how the brand shows up in the world.

Day to day you will:

  • Own the brand narrative and keep positioning consistent across every channel
  • Build and run the marketing roadmap, from audience research to go-to-market
  • Lead PR and brand storytelling across media, events, and partnerships
  • Run integrated campaigns and sharpen the funnel for acquisition and retention
  • Recruit and direct UGC creators and partners
  • Build and lead the marketing team, set the metrics, own the budget
  • Work directly with the founders and align closely with sales

Make ClipHaus's own brand as viral as the content we make for clients.


Qualifications

  • Senior marketing leadership, ideally 5 years, in digital media, the creator economy, or a high-growth startup
  • Strong marketing management across multi-channel strategy and go-to-market
  • Real PR and brand-building track record, building or repositioning brands
  • Comfort with data, audience insight, and testing to drive decisions
  • Proven record building and leading teams and processes in a fast-paced setting
  • Clear, blunt, transparent communication
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
