General Help Job Description
Candidates must be willing to work BOTH 2nd and 3rd shifts to be considered for this position, as the work schedule will rotate depending on production needs.Shift Times: 2nd Shift 2:00pm – 10:30pm || 3rd Shift 10:00pm – 6:30 am
Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- General housekeeping; sweeping floors, garbage removal, mopping up spills, and cleaning machinery.
- Line watch: this position also requires constant standing, walking, and bending for 8 hours or more.
- Must follow all safety, housekeeping, GMP's, and other policies and procedures related to the task being performed.
- Ability to use scan guns and computers and have inventory knowledge.
- Ability to operate and understand basic packaging and filling machines.
- Ability To Work in A fast-paced Environment.
- Mechanical aptitude is also helpful.
- Ability to push/pull and lift to 50lb.
- Forklift experience is recommended. but not required.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment with forklift experience is strongly preferred. 3-5 years
Candidates must have good attendance, a willingness to work overtime, references, and the ability to pass a drug test and background check. A High School diploma is required.
Overtime is required during peak seasons, which will include weekends.
Employees Must have reliable transportation as we are not located on a bus line.
