What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-Time Library Assistant Paraeducator position at Clinton Public Schools?
Under general supervision, assists the Library-Media Specialist by performing a variety of tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED and one of the following:
- Associate's degree; or
- Minimum of 60 college credits; or
- Passing score on the ParaPathways Assessment
- Successful experience working with children preferred, but training will be provided.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
Position Details:
- Start Date: August 19, 2026
- 10-month, school-year position
- 5 Hours/day
- Hourly wage in accordance with the Paraeducators collective bargaining agreement
- Benefits to include paid leave
