Job Summary: Clinton Nurseries is looking for a Agriculture Pesticide Assistant. The ideal candidate is willing to learn the art of spraying, and Clinton Nurseries is willing to train the right person. The Agriculture Pesticide Assistant plays a crucial role in maintaining the health and vitality of our plants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply Pesticides: Safely and effectively apply pesticides to control pests and diseases.
- Monitor Plant Health: Regularly inspect plants for signs of pests or diseases and take appropriate action.
- Maintain Records: Keep detailed records of pesticide applications and plant health.
- Assist with General Nursery Duties: Help with planting, watering, pruning, and other tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Attention to Detail: Ability to carefully monitor plant health and accurately apply treatments.
- Physical Stamina: Capability to perform physical tasks and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Team Player: Willingness to assist with other nursery tasks and work collaboratively as a team.
