Clinton Music Studios is a locally owned modern music school and studio, conveniently located near Routes 78, 22 and 31. CMS was founded to provide quality instruction to allow students to play the music they enjoy while benefiting from the social, emotional and intellectual benefits achieved through music education. Instruction and performance opportunities are tailored to meet the needs of each student. Our goal is to provide a foundation of musical skills, experiences, and performance opportunities for students of all ages and abilities, inspiring them to reach their full musical potential. Clinton Music Studios is searching for talented and dynamic Voice and Piano instructors who are passionate about teaching music and enjoy creating a wonderful experience for their students. Instructors will be responsible for working with students one on one for private music lessons. There will be additional opportunities to lead group band programs, songwriting programs, summer camps and masterclasses. All candidates should have previous teaching experience, B.A. in Music, or professional musician experience. If you are a multi-instrumentalist, let us know what other instruments you could teach.
We are proud to provide a world-class music education experience with instrumental, voice, songwriting, and music production programs. All of our teachers are credentialed and working musicians in the music industry. They come from eclectic backgrounds that span everything from Rock to Jazz, and everything in between. All lessons are specifically tailored to musical tastes and interests of the student.
Responsibilities:
- Work with a wide range of students, from preschoolers to adults
- Teach 1 on 1 music lessons to students
- Create a personalized lesson plan for all students
- Teach core musical techniques to students
- Teach music theory to students
- Teach music performance to students
- Teach music history to students
