What are the responsibilities and job description for the Long Term Sub: School Psychologist, Clinton Middle School position at Clinton Middle School?
The Clinton Public Schools is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Long Term Substitute School Psychologist for Clinton Middle School for the remainder of the 2025-2026 school year.
Position begins immediately. March 9, 2026 - June 18, 2026 (or June 23rd depending on snow days)
The ideal candidate will have experience with conducting assessments, analyzing data, and collaborating with educators and parents to support the academic and emotional well-being of all students.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Conduct comprehensive psycho-educational assessments to identify students' needs. Write assessment reports analyzing the data collected, and providing diagnostic impressions as well educationally relevant recommendations
-Help develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and intervention strategies.
-Collaborate with parents, teachers and related service providers as applicable
-Other duties assigned by the Director of Special Education and/or the Building Principal
Salary: $313 per day - $594 per day, commensurate with experience and in accordance with the Clinton Teachers Association Collective Bargaining Agreement.
Qualifications:
Valid DESE licensure as School Psychologist
Experience working in a middle school setting is preferred.
Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse populations.
Bilingual proficiency is highly desirable
