Clinton Marina is seeking a full-time manager to join their energetic and motivated team. Clinton Marina is a family-owned business that operates with nearly 900 wet and dry slips, a rental boat program and full service store deli. We are a small, full time team that enjoys a strong work/ life balance and curating the best possible environment for our guests & slip holders. We are biased, but we think it’s one of the best jobs you could have, your office will be within the marina, floating over the lake! Working in the leisure industry comes with a host of benefits! This role has lots of upward mobility for a motivated candidate.
The ideal candidate for this role will possess:
- 2 years of experience in similar position.
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Experience in managing subordinate staff
- Ability to think creatively and find innovative solutions
- Experience with inventory ordering
- Team player with the willingness to interact all levels of the organization
- Marketing experience not necessary, but is a plus
- Boating experience is not required, but you’ll get the chance to learn with this role!
