What is a DSP?
DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL
AT CLINTON MANOR LIVING CENTER; WE PASSIONATELY SUPPORT EACH PERSON IN LIVING A MEANINGFUL AND SATISFYING LIFE!
A DSP supports and assists each resident in their daily activities while recognizing their individual routines and preferences. This includes assisting with restroom, bathing, dressing, feeding and social interaction.
Clinton Manor Living Center is home to about 51 individuals with developmental disabilities that have high medical needs. We believe in promoting independence and advocating for individuals to live with integrity, dignity and freedom of choice; therefore, enhancing their quality of life and ensuring the individual's rights are upheld.
No experience necessary, we will train you the skills if you have the compassion. NOTE: C.N.A' s this counts towards maintaining your certificate.

1:30PM-9:30PM E/O WEEKEND
PAY SCALE; $18..30-$25.30 PICK UP BONUSES

REQUIREMENTS
- Must pass criminal background check based on Healthcare Worker Registry regulations.
- Must pass various State and Federal registry checks.
- Must successfully complete an approved DSP training program within 90 calendar days of hire or being assigned DSP responsibilities.
- Must meet requirements of pre-hire physical
