Job Overview
As a Maintenance Laborer, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our properties. Your hands-on expertise will be essential in maintaining our rental properties. What you’ll do (including, but not limited to):
- Perform routine maintenance tasks as directed.
- Assist in the turnover of rental units, performing any tasks necessary to make unit ready to rent. Includes cleaning, repairing, painting, removing debris, etc.
- Painting in rental units and common areas as needed and for unit turnovers.
- Perform various maintenance tasks as directed
- Lawncare and snow removal along with landscaping when necessary.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing facility-related concerns promptly and professionally - respecting privacy and confidentiality.
- Work in an on-call rotation to provide service for emergency/after hours maintenance calls
Basic qualifications
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
- Proficiency in English for effective communication within the team and with tenants.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Must have own transportation to and from varying job assignments.
- Ability to work with diverse populations and to adhere to fair housing regulations
Preferred qualifications
- Interest and ability to learn new skills and complete tasks with minimum direction once trained
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
