- Lead high-energy group exercise classes such as cardio, strength training, yoga, Pilates, cycling, dance, and specialized workouts like kickboxing or CrossFit.
- Looking Primarily for early morning instructors and/or evening instructors
- Design innovative and effective program routines tailored to different fitness levels and goals.
- Demonstrate proper techniques and body mechanics to ensure safety and maximize results for participants.
- Motivate and encourage class attendees to stay engaged, push their limits, and enjoy their workout experience.
- Provide modifications for individuals with varying abilities or limitations to ensure inclusivity.
- Maintain a clean and organized workout space while adhering to safety standards and gym policies.
- Track participant progress and offer guidance on fitness goals, fostering long-term engagement and success.
- Proven experience in group fitness instruction with certifications in areas such as Yoga, Pilates, Cycling, or Sports Coaching.
- Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, body mechanics, and program design principles.
- Expertise in teaching diverse formats including dance-based fitness, CrossFit-style workouts, or specialized classes like kickboxing or Pilates.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire participants of all ages and fitness levels.
- Ability to adapt routines dynamically based on class needs or participant feedback.
- Knowledge of health club operations and sales techniques related to fitness programs.
