What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part Time Automotive Customer Service Rep position at Clinton Auto Group?
Clinton Auto Group has an immediate opening for an experienced Customer Service Rep in our Business Development Center. This is a Part Time position with flexible hours M-F.
Tasks include:
* Answering high volume inbound calls for service appointments
* Scheduling appointments
* Handling all guest inquiries with a focus on 100% guest satisfaction
* Projecting a friendly and helpful demeanor while answering questions and inquiries from guests, and providing general information
* Outbound customer follow up calls
* Data Entry
1 year automotive or call center experience preferred. Must be dependable with excellent communications skills and the ability to multitask. Automotive sales or service experience is a plus. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are a must. Proven customer service track record or obvious desire to provide next level customer service is required.
