Clinton Auto Group is seeking an experienced Assistant Parts Manager to support the daily operations of our parts department. This position is ideal for a knowledgeable automotive parts professional who can operate independently and contribute to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the parts department
- Maintain accurate inventory levels, ordering, and stocking
- Work closely with service technicians and advisors
- Assist with wholesale and retail parts transactions
- Support inventory control, returns, and obsolescence management
- Help ensure department organization, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- 4 years of automotive parts department or technician experience
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts (OEM and aftermarket)
- Experience with dealership systems (DealerBuilt, CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Preferred Experience:
- Ford, Chrysler, or Nissan Parts Dept or Technician experience
- Inventory control and ordering experience
- Prior experience supporting a high-volume parts department
