What You'll Do:
- Perform routine maintenance and diagnostic services on a variety of small engines, including lawnmowers, trimmers, and other equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair a wide range of mechanical issues, using both traditional methods and AI-powered diagnostics to ensure accuracy.
- Utilize specialized tools and equipment for maintenance and repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of all work performed, parts used, and time spent.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain repairs, provide estimates, and answer questions.
- must be willing to fill in on delivery trucks and warehouse during off-season, this includes but is not limited to, delivering and installing furniture and appliances, putting together furniture for deliveries, loading and unloading trucks, receiving in merchandise with rf scan gun, keeping a clean and organized workspace
What You'll Need:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Formal training or certification in small engine repair is a plus.
- Proven experience working with a variety of small engines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Clean driving record, no points
- Clean drug screen
- Clean background check
