Job Type: Regular, Full time

Location/Shift: Norton, OH; 1st Shift, M-F, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, 1 hour lunch

Primary Responsibilities:

• Match invoices to purchase orders/requisitions and receivers daily.
• Code invoices to appropriate general ledger accounts.
• Verify proper approvals for all purchases prior to payment.
• Voucher invoices into ERP system for payment.
• Maintain vendor information in ERP system.
• Obtain/process tax exempt forms for vendors as necessary.
• Research & reconcile vendor statements to ensure that proper payments have been recognized and paid.
• Communicate with vendors to resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Processing of payments to vendors on a weekly basis
• Maintain and organize a filing system for accurate retrieval of information.
• Communicate/interact with department managers and administration as needed to resolve payment discrepancies and enforce accounting policies.
• Process 1099 forms at year-end
• Prepare reports for management as needed.
• Other duties and projects as assigned.
