Job Title: Cleanroom Technician

Summary:
This position is responsible for performing assembly, inspection, and packaging tasks within a controlled cleanroom environment, ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements. The role requires attention to detail, adherence to procedures, and the ability to work safely and efficiently as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Apply on-the-job training to consistently follow established processes and procedures in a controlled manufacturing environment.
- Read and interpret assembly drawings and instructions to accurately assemble products and distinguish sub-component parts by part number and visual inspection.
- Conduct in-process inspections, including input/output material checks and packaging integrity, following applicable specifications or work orders.
- Perform labeling and packaging activities, ensuring compliance with assembly methodology and accept/reject criteria.
- Maintain accurate batch records, line clearance, scrap records, and other required documentation for traceability and compliance.
- Interact with quality assurance personnel to address product quality issues and report any problems with quality, processes, equipment, or materials to supervisors.
- Utilize approved tools and fixtures safely and efficiently, maintaining a clean and organized work area to support manufacturing functions.
- Adhere to all policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements, and perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or team leads.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to read, comprehend, and accurately complete paperwork in English.
- Ability to work safely around chemicals and equipment.
- Strong dexterity and hand/eye coordination for repetitive assembly tasks.
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
- Previous experience in a controlled environmental space preferred.
- Previous assembly experience preferred.
