Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Machine Operation and Machinery, including setup, safe operation, and basic maintenance of CNC equipment.
- Candidates should possess solid Machining and Milling skills, with experience working from technical drawings and producing tight-tolerance parts.
- Candidates should possess Quality Control skills, including the use of measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) and documentation of inspection results.
- Relevant experience in aerospace, industrial, or precision manufacturing environments is beneficial.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and work instructions, and to troubleshoot machining issues effectively.
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement, with effective communication and teamwork skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or apprenticeship in machining or manufacturing technology is preferred.
