Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) Programmer based in South Beloit, IL. The CMM Programmer is responsible for programming and operating CMM equipment to ensure precise measurements of components. Daily tasks include performing quality control checks, utilizing various gauges, conducting inspections, calibrating equipment, and documenting measurement results to maintain compliance with engineering specifications and industry standards.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in using and programming Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM).
- PC-DIMS programming experience
- Strong understanding of gauges, measurements, and calibration processes.
- Experience with quality control, inspection procedures, and ensuring compliance with engineering specifications.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a precision-driven environment.
- Familiarity with AS9100 or similar quality management systems is preferred.
- Excellent technical communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a manufacturing team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certifications in metrology or related fields are a plus.
