🔹 Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end Salesforce development lifecycle: requirements → build → deploy → support
Architect and implement complex Salesforce solutions
Oversee code reviews, testing, debugging & performance optimization
Ensure compliance with security, governance & best practices
Mentor and guide Salesforce engineers to foster a culture of learning and innovation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-value business solutions
Stay updated with the latest Salesforce tools, clouds & ecosystem advancements
🔹 Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s in CS/IT or related field
5 years in Salesforce development (2 years in a leadership role)
Strong experience with Apex, Visualforce, LWC, SOQL, SOSL, REST/SOAP APIs
Experience with Salesforce integrations, managed packages & data migration
Hands-on with SFDX, Git, VS Code, CI/CD
Experience across Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing, Community, Einstein)
Agile/Scrum experience & excellent communication skills
Salesforce certifications required

Salesforce Platform Developer I
Test automation experience
UI/UX experience with Experience Cloud
