What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior eClinical UAT Consultant position at Clinical Supply Consulting?
Clinical Supply Consulting is currently seeking a Senior UAT Consultant to support User Acceptance Testing activities for clinical trial technology platforms, including IRT, eCOA, and other clinical systems.
This role partners directly with sponsors, CROs, software vendors, and internal CSC subject matter experts to develop risk-based test strategies, support UAT execution, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, audit-ready documentation.
Responsibilities
- Develop, review, and maintain UAT plans, test scripts, traceability matrices, and summary reports.
- Analyze system requirements and translate them into risk-based test scenarios.
- Support UAT execution, defect management, and issue tracking activities.
- Coordinate project deliverables, timelines, reviews, and stakeholder feedback.
- Serve as a day-to-day contact for sponsor and vendor teams during UAT activities.
- Ensure testing documentation is complete, accurate, and inspection-ready.
- Support process improvement initiatives and expansion into new clinical technology platforms.
- Participate in client meetings, project planning discussions, and capabilities presentations as needed.
Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 3 years of experience in clinical research, clinical technology, system testing, validation, or related fields.
- Experience developing, reviewing, or executing test scripts and testing documentation.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Teams.
- Experience with IRT, RTSM, eCOA, EDC, CTMS, eConsent, or related clinical systems.
- Experience supporting UAT, validation, or system implementation projects.
- Understanding of GCP, GxP, FDA Part 11, and computerized system validation principles.
- Experience working directly with sponsors, CROs, or software vendors.
- Consulting or client-facing experience.
