As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality care to patients in need while working in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Daily Responsibilities
- Provide wound care assessments and treatments to patients
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to develop comprehensive care plans
- Educate patients and families on wound care management and prevention
- Perform procedures such as suturing, lumbar punctures, thoracentesis, and paracentesis
- Assist with family planning, primary care, and vascular surgery procedures
- Family Nurse Practitioner or Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner certification
- Experience in adult gerontology acute care and family practice
- Proficiency in suturing, incision and drainage, foreign body removal, and joint injections
- Current DEA license and American Nurses Credentialing Center certification
- Master of Science in Nursing degree
- Ability to perform thoracentesis, paracentesis, and vascular surgery procedures
- Experience with family planning and primary care services
