As a leader in our industry with continuous growth opportunities, we are seeking a Fulfillment Technician in the SMLCA Prepack Department at our Franklin location!
Pay: $18/hour
Franklin Location: 416 Mary Lindsay Polk Drive, Franklin, TN 37067.
Shift Schedule: Sunday 8am to 4:30pm, Monday through Thursday 8:30am to 5pm.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Ability to think critically.
- Great communication skills.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Excellent at multi-tasking and problem solving.
- Prefer 1 years' experience as a Pharmacy Technician.
- Must be able to pass criminal and drug screening process.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to organize and prioritize to maintain productivity.
Duties include:
- Fill medication orders as they arrive throughout the day.
- Fill blister cards as needed to ensure sufficient inventory and place them inside a clear bin.
- Complete monthly medication expiration date checks.
- Assist in shipping with packing orders in boxes, processing shipping labels, and verifying all totes were sent out at the end of the day.
- Perform machine setup, adjustment, and operation on the MTS 400.
- Verify all orders are placed in correct handbook to ensure Quality Control can perform their duties and responsibilities.
- Responsible for maintaining Quality Standards to ensure specifications and codes are met.
- Keep workstation area clean and organized. Check that trash is emptied and disposed of properly and that area is free from any safety hazards at the end of shift.
- Follow all applicable government regulations, including HIPAA.
- Performs other duties as assigned by manager.

Physical Demands:

- Must be able to bend, stoop, lift, stir, walk, and stand for extended periods throughout the workday.
- The employee is required to exert up to 40 pounds of force occasionally and/or 10 to 20 pounds of force frequently to lift/move objects.
- Able to reach, carry, finger grasp, and feel objects related to duties.
