Role Description
This full-time, remote role based in Greater Philadelphia is for a Business Development Manager. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and expanding the client base. You will work collaboratively with internal teams to propose tailored solutions, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and meet revenue goals. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for market analysis, competitor research, and formulating growth strategies to establish CSI as a preferred partner in clinical supply solutions.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
- Strong knowledge in Market Analysis, Client Relationship Management, and Negotiation
- Proficiency in Proposal Development, Strategic Planning, and Contract Negotiation
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and meet targets
- Knowledge of the clinical trials industry and supply chain management is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field
- Experience in working with pharmaceutical companies, CROs, or similar industries is a plus
