What You’ll Do
- Program Building - You are not just selling a product -- You are changing treatment pathways with a disruptive technology that saves lives.
- Manage and grow a defined territory within a highly specialized clinical space
- Partner with surgeons, perfusionists, and hospital stakeholders
- Support clinical cases and provide on-site product expertise
- Drive utilization and expand existing accounts
- Develop new business within key hospital systems
- Coordinate training and education for clinical staff
What We’re Looking For
- 5 years of medical device sales experience. NO JOB HOPPERS!
- Experience calling on hospital environments (OR, ICU, or similar)
- Background in abdominal surgery, kidney, liver, and/or strong surgical sales experience
- Ability to operate in complex, high-acuity settings
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Preferred Background
- Experience with capital equipment and/or disposable products
- Exposure to critical care, perfusion, ECMO, or advanced surgical environments
- Track record of consistent performance and growth
