Essential / Key Job Responsibilities (including supervisory and/or fi

• scal):Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel and hospital staff on technical matters relating to products through case support, conducting and/or coordinating one-on-one in-servicing, and/or available internal/external physician education training pro
• grams.Establishes and maintains relationships with customers, hospitals and physi
• cians.Obtains new users and applications for company products and ser
• vices.Observes and reports market trends which affect sales, service and product develo
• pment.Represents company in accordance with policies and proce
• dures.Processes customer complaints and returns in accordance with established procedures and p
