- Serve as our local ambassador, building bridges between our organization and the broader community. You'll also train team members on communication best practices and coordinate messaging for key programs including international assignments and leadership transitions.
- Create exceptional experiences for VIP visits and high-stakes events. From logistics coordination to branded materials and hospitality management, you'll ensure every detail reflects our professional standards. Your event expertise extends to preparing guest-facing materials, managing room setups, coordinating catering and signage, and capturing memorable moments through photography and videography that can be shared across our communication channels.
Education Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Psychology, Public Relations, Public Administration, or Talent Management
- Master's degree in organizational culture, strategic communications, or employee experience
- We're seeking a seasoned professional with 5 years of hands-on experience in employee engagement, internal communications, talent branding, HR, or program management. The ideal candidate has successfully collaborated with senior leadership, managed competing priorities, and consistently delivered high-quality outcomes in fast-paced environments.
