Our client is looking to fill the role of Pharmaceutical Communications Specialist.

Responsibilities:


Employee Experience & Culture

  • Transform workplace culture through strategic engagement initiatives. You'll design and execute meaningful site-level events that celebrate achievements and build community, from year-end recognition ceremonies to team-building activities that align with company values. Your role includes crafting compelling onboarding experiences with personalized new hire announcements and maintaining an engagement calendar that keeps employees connected and informed. Through newsletters, digital displays, and multimedia storytelling, you'll showcase employee success stories and highlight purpose-driven work that reinforces our organizational mission.


Community & External Relations

  • Serve as our local ambassador, building bridges between our organization and the broader community. You'll represent us at industry events, forge partnerships with educational institutions, and coordinate workforce development programs. Your community engagement efforts will include organizing volunteer initiatives and cultivating relationships with local organizations. Working closely with media outlets, you'll share our achievements and maintain our regional reputation while creating multimedia content for corporate channels and managing our digital asset library.


Internal Communications & Leadership Support

  • Master the art of clear, impactful communication across all levels of the organization. You'll develop and distribute timely internal communications that reflect our brand voice, while preparing executive-ready presentation materials, talking points, and speeches for leadership meetings and town halls. Your expertise in visual storytelling will transform complex information into engaging slides and infographics, ensuring consistent brand alignment across all communications. You'll also train team members on communication best practices and coordinate messaging for key programs including international assignments and leadership transitions.


Event Management & Guest Relations

  • Create exceptional experiences for VIP visits and high-stakes events. From logistics coordination to branded materials and hospitality management, you'll ensure every detail reflects our professional standards. Your event expertise extends to preparing guest-facing materials, managing room setups, coordinating catering and signage, and capturing memorable moments through photography and videography that can be shared across our communication channels.


Required Qualifications:

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Psychology, Public Relations, Public Administration, or Talent Management
  • Master's degree in organizational culture, strategic communications, or employee experience


Professional Experience

  • We're seeking a seasoned professional with 5 years of hands-on experience in employee engagement, internal communications, talent branding, HR, or program management. The ideal candidate has successfully collaborated with senior leadership, managed competing priorities, and consistently delivered high-quality outcomes in fast-paced environments.
